WHY KYUSHU

Kyushu offers what Tokyo and Osaka cannot: nature, space, and exclusivity.

Kyushu is Japan’s third-largest island and its most geographically diverse. Active volcanoes, natural hot springs, coastal landscapes, and traditional ceramics towns sit within short drives of modern cities like Fukuoka. For corporate groups, this means itineraries that combine urban energy with genuine rural immersion.

Fukuoka is the gateway. Direct flights from across Asia, a compact city center with exceptional food culture, and Shinkansen connections that put Saga, Nagasaki, and Kumamoto within 30-90 minutes.

For incentive trips, Kyushu’s advantage is exclusivity. Your group isn’t competing with mass tourism. Private onsen resorts, ceramics workshops, and volcano viewpoints feel reserved for your team.

EXPLORE BY CITY

Plan your Kyushu trip by destination.

Each city offers a distinct experience. We design multi-city itineraries or single-city trips depending on your interests and timeline.

Fukuoka

Kyushu’s largest city and your trip’s starting point. Exceptional food scene, compact walkable center, and modern venues for team building.

Saga

Traditional ceramics, coastal scenery, and private onsen retreats. The exclusive, unhurried side of Japan that international teams rarely see. 40-minute Shinkansen from Fukuoka.

We also operate in Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita (Beppu/Yufuin), and Kagoshima. Contact us to discuss multi-city routes.

Why Companies Choose Invite Japan for Kyushu Incentive Tours

There are many travel providers in Japan. Few can design and run incentive tours that actually work for international teams. Here’s why companies choose Invite Japan.

Based in Japan, with local partners across Kyushu

We operate on the ground, not from overseas. With trusted partners in Fukuoka, Saga, and across Kyushu, we manage logistics, venues, and experiences locally.

Japanese hospitality throughout the journey

We bring omotenashi into the full experience. Attention to detail, smooth coordination, and a team that genuinely cares about your event.

Built-in team building, not just sightseeing

Your trip can include structured team-building programs like Ninja Race or Hidden Secrets Journey. These are designed to improve communication, collaboration, and engagement, not just fill time.

FAQ

Common questions about incentive travel in Kyushu

How do we get to Kyushu?

Fukuoka Airport has direct flights from Seoul, Shanghai, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Singapore. From Tokyo, it’s a 2-hour flight or 5-hour Shinkansen. We handle all transfers.

Yes. Fukuoka + Saga is our most popular 3-day combination. For 4-5 days, we add Nagasaki, Kumamoto (Mt. Aso), or Oita (Beppu/Yufuin). Shinkansen connects major cities in 30-90 minutes.

Less than Tokyo or Osaka, which is why bilingual support matters. Our staff handles all vendor communication and on-the-ground guidance in both Japanese and English.

Kyushu has a milder climate than mainland Japan. Spring and autumn are ideal. Summer is manageable with indoor/onsen activities. Winter onsen trips are popular for the hot-cold contrast.
