The Suitcase Mystery

One suitcase. A series of clues.
A team that needs to work together.

A fully facilitated team-building challenge where teams share clues, solve puzzles, and work together to unlock the mystery before time runs out.
THE SUITCASE MYSTERY EXPERIENCE

What is Suitase Mystery?

Suitcase Mystery is a hands-on team-building challenge where participants work together to unlock a suitcase by solving a series of interconnected clues and puzzles.

Teams examine the materials they find, share discoveries, test ideas, and decide which clues will move them closer to the solution before time runs out.

No single person has all the answers.

Progress depends on participants communicating, listening to different ideas, sharing information, and combining what they know.

For bilingual groups, Japanese and English speakers can receive different pieces of information. Neither side has the complete picture, creating a natural reason to communicate across languages and work toward the same goal.

BEST FOR

Is Suitcase Mystery Right for Your Event?

TEAMWORK IN ACTION

What Does the Challenge Bring Out in a Team?

Solving the mystery takes more than finding the right answers. Along the way, participants have opportunities to see how they communicate, make decisions, and bring different perspectives together.

Communication in Action

Each person may notice something different. Teams need to share their observations, listen to one another, and connect what they discover to move forward.

Shared Decision-Making

When there are several possible leads, teammates compare ideas, decide what to investigate, and adjust their approach as new clues emerge.

Different Perspectives, One Goal

People approach problems differently. The challenge gives participants opportunities to combine their strengths and ideas, while bilingual teams can also experience the value of working across languages.
